Refund policy

At Loopa Thrifted, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your cash refund within 2–3 business days.
